When ordering lamps, please identify:

-Name, Model Number, and Manufacturer of Tanning Unit
-How many body lamps and the wattage, how many high pressure lamps and the wattage
-Lamp end type (rdc or bi pin)

*Important Info When Receiving Lamp Shipments:

Fed Ex - Count the number of boxes received, and verify that your count matches the number of boxes on the packing slip.

Examine all boxes for any sign of shipping damage. Open the end of each box to check for damage. Get an exact count of damaged lamps.

If there is any damage, sign the word DAMAGE on the invoice beside your name. Accept packages and then call your lamp rep. as soon as possible. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN DAMAGE AND CALL DURING THE CORRECT TIME PERIOD WE CANNOT SEND REPLACEMENTS AT NO CHARGE.

Save all damaged cartons until a resolution is reached. The shipping company has the right to follow up with an inspection.

Truck Shipments
Unless inside delivery was requested when the order was placed, the driver is not required to unload packages. Please have someone on hand to offload the shipment. There is a separate charge for inside delivery, which must be requested when placing your order.
